Hi fellow runners participating in shahid's mid-day madness
I tried running last Saturday at 1500 as training for the mid day madness planned middle of this month, and boy was it tough to cover 8 kilometres at my regular pace. My heart rate went to 190 and at the end, I was quite washed out.
This run requires training and I intend training this afternoon again at 1500 starting from lighthouse to Anna samadhi and back with a second loop that would be smaller to cover about 11 km.
Any and all brave souls are welcome. Do bring your hydration along, as well as some goggles. A line in confirmation would be great as I would know if there's company to this madness.
