-              Need 10 Years Experience

-              Business System Analysis

-              Knowledge of HR business process and HR systems

-              Identify and Document system / process requirements. Writing functional specs

-              Need someone who can take input from disparate stakeholders, synthesize inputs, and develop concise business and technical requirements

-              Need to have experience reverse engineering existing processes and applications to generate missing documentation

-              Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

-              1 person to have Ability to read SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or MySQL)

-              Coordinating end-user testing
