Job Description
Must Have Skills:
• 8+ years experience in software development of which at least 5 were as a developer and 3 as a technical lead
• Experience with the following technologies: Java, Spring, Hibernate, WebSphere Application Server (or any J2EE app server), JDBC, JMS, Maven, Hudson, Tomcat, WebSphere MQ, Eclipse, JavaScript, Web Services
• Ability to analyze and isolate root cause for performance issues (both application and server level)
• Experience with SQL tuning
• Previously designed and implemented multi-platform distributed applications with large transaction volumes
• Ability to clearly communicate and present to client audience
