Descriptions:

Version of Oracle is 11i, non-RAC,

Immediate concern is Performance and Configuration

Need to start ASAP 

• An Oracle expert(s) to review and understand the environment  (Oracle, Apps, Configurations, etc.
• Complete an assessment or some level of analysis of the current environment
• Understand any current performance "issues" they are experiencing and understand probable root causes
•  Recommendations and options
• Assist with implementing changes and re-analyze results
• On-going assistance; as needed/wanted  - upgrades, tuning, adding to configs, etc.
