- Strong BA with good hands on experience on sql, access, excel etc
- Strong reporting analyst experience
- Solid hands on working experience on SSRS reporting solution
- Good comm. Skills
- Functional knowledge on HR, Benefit and payroll systems are
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and work prioritization, ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn new tools and understand customers' environment in a rapid fashion
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access and SQL Knowledge
- Ability to execute tasks in a thorough manner under minimal supervision
- Team player with positive attitude.
