Skills:

Environment –- WebSphere, JBOSS * must have 

b. Exp in working with Design, Server, Nw, DBA & Apps team is needed for leads.

c. Exp – doing builds for leads design exp would be a plus.

d. Exp required for leads - Design review, installs, configs, deployment, tuning, review code drops, upgrades

e. Exp in Ops related work - patching, manage web server lifecycle, troubleshooting, scripting. Ops work experience – monitoring, administration is a big plus.

f. Knowledge of UNIX OS is key, AIX is a plus,

g. queue management, MQ Object management, load balancing management – exp on Citrix Netscalers is a plus, security configs & management is a plus, app server migrations is required for leads
