• The ideal consultant will be 70% on the Functional side, and 30% on the Technical side of things. 
• Must have strong background in Manufacturing Systems (i.e. Oracle, SAP, QAD, MAPICS, Visual, etc.-One or most mentioned)Experience assessing enterprise application integration requirements resulting from bidirectional migrations, possess understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design. 
• Must have general knowledge of various EDI technologies, transaction mapping, standardized transaction types. 
• The ideal resource will have experience within Oracle ERP: Finance & Sourcing, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Order to Cash and Logistics.
