Life Insurance:Subject Matter Expert in Life Insurance & Retirement Solutions.Good knowledge of Insurance business technolcogy landscape and geo variations.Exposure to core Insurance systems-Vantage, Ingenium, Navisys, AdminServer,CyLife70/LifeAsia,etc.Indepth knowledge of overall Insurance industryregulatory enviornment.Awareness of global industry trends and directions andits impact on IT services.
P&C Insurance:Subject Matter Expert in P& C Insurance. Good knowledge of Insurance businesstechnolcogy landscape and geo variations. Exposure to core Insurance systems -Polisy, Exceed, PointIN, GuideWire, OneShield, etc. Indepth knowledge ofoverall Insurance industry regulatory enviornment. Awareness of global industrytrends and directions and its impact on IT services.
Insurance Consulting:Insurance Advanced Consulting Skills: Should be able to define businessprocesses, create process assets and streamline existing business processes.Should be able to work with business sponsors in defining business case foraddressing client business challenges. Should be able to work with key ITsponsors and Wipro Architects in defining a program roadmap for large programs.Should have a thorough understading of external players in the industry andcompeting product & service vendors. Should have a thorough understanding, bothfunctional & architectural, of atleast one popular insurance COTS package.Should be able to independently work on RFIs/RFPs from domain engagementperspective and drive solution options.
