Tech Arcadia Inc.(USA)/Jeevan Scientific Technology Limited is a leading provider of Software development, Education and Staffing Services based out of Indianapolis (USA) and Hyderabad established in the year 1999. We render service to various industry verticals in IT Services, Corporate, University Educational Services and HR Staffing Solutions.

 

Currently we are looking for Recruiters for US staffing.

Positions  :   3

Location  :   Hyderabad, AP, India

 

Job Description:

·         1 to 3 years of experience in the field of US Technical Recruiting & Sales

·         US Technical Recruitment / Sales process, Corp-Corp

·         Hands on experience of working with direct clients

·         Person need to source candidates through searches and job - postings on the Internet, candidate referrals, in-house database and personal network.

·         Must have excellent skills in alternate sourcing channels other than online job posting

·         Should have working knowledge on Dice, Monster and other US job portals

·         Good experience in negotiating rates, coordinating with clients

·         Market consultants at bench.

·         Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.

·         Knowledge of technology related business development and staffing services should be able to work with vendors and generate new vendors.

·         Must have excellent IT Consulting Services experience in staff augmentation.

·         Identify, assess, prioritize, qualify and close new business opportunities.
